NEW DELHI: Shares of Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd. traded 2.05 per cent down in Thursday’s trade at 12:14PM (IST). Around 101703 shares changed hands on the counter. The stock opened at Rs 1644 and touched an intraday high and low of Rs 1655 and Rs 1624.55, respectively, in the session so far.

The stock quoted a 52-week high of Rs 2499.9 and a 52-week low of Rs 1473.45.

Mortgage lender Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) said it will raise up to Rs 5,000 crore by issuing bonds on a private placement basis. The issue size for the secured redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) will be Rs 2,500 crore with an option to retain oversubscription of up to Rs 2,500 crore.
